Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between one3 Holding GmbH and its customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Services

one3 Holding GmbH provides services in the field of planning, construction, and operation of charging infrastructure and related consulting services. The specific scope of services is defined in the respective contractual agreement.

Liability

one3 Holding GmbH is liable in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) are affected. Liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages is excluded unless mandatory statutory provisions apply.

Intellectual Property

All documents, concepts, plans, and materials provided by one3 Holding GmbH are protected by copyright. Any use beyond the agreed contractual purpose requires prior written consent.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
Place of jurisdiction, insofar as legally permissible, is Munich.
